Life is all about being prim and pretty, till you seen the real world.
First day of my attachment at Choa Chu kang polyclinic.
The staff nurses were friendly, the bunch of friends were great.
I guess i will be able to learn loads there.
The second half of the day was spent at Bukit Batok Polyclinic where we went to this gallery to view the history/memories of nursing.
And by chance, Mediacorp was there to film some documentary. That guy filmed a few shots of us. Not very sure whether it would feature us on tv though, since we are not the main motive they are there for. They were there to film this retired nurse on how she help the poor etc etc, so to reminisce the past, the nursing history. It will be aired in August i think, in conjunction of Singapore's birthday.
I cant understand why some people are so weird as to stare at us when we are in our nurses uniform. Haven't they seen a nurse before?
